What We Do
Provide Grants Stack and Passport users with accurate and timely support.
- Create a toolkit to empower and support community members to act as ambassadors for GitcoinDAO
- Provide professional ticketed user support via Intercom
- Create and maintain a Knowledge Base.
Collect and Summarize Product Feedback
- Collect Product Feedback (UX issues, user confusion, feature suggestions) via Intercom
- Collate, tag, and summarize user feedback for the product and design team
Liaise with Product and Engineering to provide timely bug fixes and production support
- Issues that are identified with our software products are escalated to our L2 support engineer @Lolu Olaoye
- Support engineering reproduces issues and creates issues in Github for core engineering team to fix
- Continue to Liaise with the issue reporters to update on the status and resolution of escalated issues
