Purpose

The Program Governance & Feedback Crew creates pathways for community input to shape the evolution of the ZKsync Community Program. We facilitate discussions, collect feedback, and help develop improvement proposals that ensure the program remains responsive to community needs and ecosystem goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate structured discussions on program governance
• Collect and analyze community feedback to improve program incentives
• Collaborate with Gitcoin to refine reward models and structures
• Manage a dedicated Feedback Channel for contributor input
• Document and communicate program improvements
• Develop governance frameworks that support community decision-making

Current Goals (3-month scope)

• Organize at least 2 structured governance discussions
• Conduct at least 2 community-wide feedback surveys
• Develop a proposal for improving the Community Program's long-term model
• Increase participation in governance discussions
• Create a documentation system for program decisions and changes
