Goals

The primary goal of the Product Squad Ad Hoc PM is to act as an ad hoc project manager, rather than engaging in high level discussions, and aiding in the handing off of tasks for various projects within the Product Squad.

Hazards

Lack of clarity - Without proper briefing, goals and expectations for campaigns can be confusing at the beginning. This can lead to a lack of clarity and a lot of back and forth communications.
Failure to deliver timely content - The issues include poor communication of deadline/expectations, things falling through the cracks, and writers backing out unexpectedly.

Skill Requirements

The specific skill requirements for this position include:

Brand and Product Experience: Understanding and empathy for designers' needs and challenges.

Collaboration skills: Strong communication and rapport-building skills, as well as the ability to provide constructive feedback and ask questions

Adaptability and time-management: Calm and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment and to maintain a schedule that allows for all tasks to be completed.

ClickUp Experience: General familiarity with navigating and updating ClickUp

Quality control: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality design output.
