Purpose

The Onboarding & Education Crew equips new and existing members with the knowledge and tools to actively participate in the ZKsync ecosystem. We create smooth entry paths for newcomers and develop educational resources that help community members understand ZKsync technology, governance, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Host regular onboarding sessions for newcomers (biweekly or monthly)
• Develop guides, tutorials, and FAQs for the community
• Assist members in understanding ZKsync tools, dApps, and governance
• Maintain and improve educational resources in the Community Hub
• Track and measure new member retention and participation
• Coordinate with Language Moderators on multilingual resources

Current Goals (3-month scope)

• Run at least 1 structured onboarding session per month
• Develop comprehensive onboarding materials in multiple formats (text, video, graphics)
• Create a structured progression path for new Mateys
• Improve resources in multiple languages through coordination with Language Moderators

Success Indicators

• Increased new member retention rates
• Higher participation in ecosystem activities from recently onboarded members
• Positive feedback on educational materials
• Reduced basic questions in support channels
