MMM Ops Workflow

Goals

The primary objective of MMM Ops is to facilitate an environment in which everyone is operating at their best, doing their best work, and has accountability while also having the most fun! This involves tracking all ongoing processes within MMM and ensuring everyone has a clear understanding of their priorities, which leads to high quality work that is delivered on time.

Additionally, MMM Ops oversees the project management of unique and ambiguous initiatives like the construction of a new website. This necessitates collaboration with other project managers, including Design Ops and Content Ops, who are accountable for overseeing specific asset deliverables.

Hazards

• Job security - The potential of trouble securing funding due to misconceptions of how long creative processes practically take.
• Difficulties balancing expectations - Continually having to find a balance between a swift pace and agility while creating an environment that fosters creativity with deliberate effort and space. Having to mitigate unrealistic expectations of rapid outcomes, while encouraging a strategic and well-planned approach.
• Low-quality work - Subpar promotional strategies that tarnish the image of Gitcoin and its offerings.
