2. Add a poll, name it after a hackathon.
3. Set it to hackathon 21 for now, the testing hackathon,
4. Set the option to "Active"
5. Add questions onto poll.
   • the text of the question should match previous ones as much as possible
6. https://gitcoin.co/_administrationdashboard/question/
   • find the questions you started, under the poll you created
   • add options, change types, and add triggers
   • change order and also add header images
7. https://gitcoin.co/hackathon/testing/onboard
   • test the onboard flow
   • don't hit submit, just refresh at the end
   • if you do hit submit, https://gitcoin.co/_administrationdashboard/hackathonregistration/ and delete your registration so the onboard questions pop up again when you hit "Join Now"
