ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Program Leadership: Serve as a mentor and guide for the Program side of the PGF Workstream, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and post-round analysis of Gitcoin's grant rounds.
- End-to-End Management of Program Rounds: Strategize, execute, and analyze the core grant rounds, ensuring they align with Gitcoin's goals and meet the community's needs. This includes the Ethereum Infrastructure, Web3 Community & Education, and Web3 Open Source Software rounds.
- Support for Featured Rounds: Provide support and guidance for the externally operated Featured Rounds, ensuring they align with Gitcoin's objectives and are executed smoothly.
- Self-Serve Rounds Collaboration: Collaborate with the Grants Stack Workstream to support self-serve rounds that may occur outside the standard quarterly cadence.
- Continuous Improvement: After each grant round, conduct a thorough analysis to understand the successes, challenges, and areas of improvement. Based on this analysis, refine and improve subsequent grant rounds.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with grant recipients, donors, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure the grant rounds meet the community's needs.
- Budgeting & Financial Management: Set budgets for the Program side, collaborating with the GM: Integrator to finalize and gain approval from the wider organization.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to Gitcoin's leadership on the progress, outcomes, and learnings from each grant round.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in program or project management, preferably within the technology or decentralized ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of Gitcoin's mission, values, and objectives.
- Demonstrable competency in planning, executing and analyzing large-scale programs or initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal teams and external partners.
