ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Grant Round Execution: Play a key role in the planning, execution, and post-round analysis of Gitcoin's grant rounds, ensuring they align with Gitcoin's goals and meet the needs of the community.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage directly with grant recipients, donors, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure the grant rounds meet the community's needs.
- Continuous Improvement: After each grant round, contribute to the analysis process to understand the successes, challenges, and areas of improvement. Provide insights and suggestions to refine and improve subsequent grant rounds.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Co-Lead of Programs and other team members to ensure smooth execution of grant rounds and alignment with Gitcoin's broader objectives.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of each grant round, including participant data, feedback, and outcomes. Provide regular updates to the Co-Lead of Programs and other stakeholders.
- Support for Featured & Self-Serve Rounds: Assist in the execution and support of externally operated Featured Rounds and collaborate on self-serve rounds that may occur outside the standard quarterly cadence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in program or project management, preferably within the technology or decentralized ecosystem.
- Understanding of Gitcoin's mission, values, and objectives.
- Demonstrable competency in executing and analyzing programs or initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
