ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Community Engagement: Engage with the broader Gitcoin community across various platforms, fostering a positive, collaborative, and inclusive environment.
• Program Round Support: Actively promote and build support for Gitcoin's quarterly program rounds, ensuring widespread participation and enthusiasm.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from the community regarding Gitcoin's initiatives, products, and program rounds, ensuring the community's voice is heard and considered in decision-making processes.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or challenges within the community, ensuring a harmonious and supportive environment.
• Event Collaboration: Partner with MMM to organize, manage, and promote community events, webinars, AMAs, and other engagement activities.
• Product Information & Referral: Field questions and provide high-level information on various Gitcoin products. Recognize potential partners and clients and route them effectively to the BD Team, specifically to the Relationship Manager or SDR.
• Content Creation: Develop and share content that resonates with the community, including updates, news, and educational materials related to Gitcoin's initiatives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams within Gitcoin, ensuring that community insights and feedback are integrated into broader organizational strategies and initiatives.
• Community Vibes: Responsible for hosting Bi-Weekly Update Calls (consisting of report-outs from different workstreams and contributors) along with the Weekly Gitcoin Community Call.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in community engagement or a similar role, preferably within the technology or decentralized ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of Gitcoin's mission, values, and objectives.
• Demonstrable competency in fostering engagement, building relationships, and nurturing an active community.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse community members.
• Familiarity with community engagement tools and platforms.
