Purpose

The Events & Community Call Crew builds community engagement through regular calls, events, and collaborative activities. We create opportunities for community members to connect, share insights, and actively participate in the ZKsync ecosystem through structured events and information-sharing sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run the weekly ZKsync Community Call
• Assist Gitcoin in managing AMAs, Game Nights, and campaign activations
• Coordinate with other Crews to feature relevant updates during calls
• Develop event strategies that maximize engagement
• Document event outcomes and community feedback
• Create a regular cadence of community activities

Current Goals (3-month scope)

• Maintain consistent, high-quality weekly Community Calls
• Plan and support at least 3 community-driven events or initiatives
• Align with Gitcoin to ensure clear communication of program updates
• Increase average Community Call attendance by 15%
• Expand event diversity to reach different segments of the community
