1. Go to the Arbitrum ecosystem on Gardens v2 and connect your wallet on Arbitrum network.
2. Click “Create Community”
3. Fill in the details:
   1. Community Name: Cartographer’s Syndicate
   2. Membership Stake Amount: 10 ARB
   3. Community Fee %: 10%
   4. Community Fee receiver address: 0xA26968c03C372Bb8cba0C7FecfCdFFf205A4A18D
   5. Council Safe address: 0xA26968c03C372Bb8cba0C7FecfCdFFf205A4A18D
   6. Admins can expel members? Yes
   7. Covenant description: copy and paste from: https://communityrule.info/create/?r=1725905286473 (Covenant description field supports markup for line breaks, bold, etc to make it look pretty)
4. Click “Preview,” double check info is accurate, then click “Submit” to create transaction
5. Sign the transaction and create the community!
