Purpose

The Anti-Spam & Scam Crew maintains a safe and informed community by identifying threats, educating users, and ensuring security. We work proactively to protect community members from scams, phishing attempts, and other malicious activities that target the ZKsync ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor channels for scam attempts, phishing, and malicious activities
• Educate the community about security best practices
• Maintain a dedicated Security Alerts channel for timely warnings
• Develop educational content about scam prevention
• Coordinate with Discord Moderators on security issues
• Track and document security incidents

Current Goals (3-month scope)

• Identify and report scams quickly and effectively
• Develop and share comprehensive Safety Guidelines
• Deliver at least 2 security-focused awareness campaigns
• Create a security incident response process
• Establish reporting mechanisms for community members
